Who we are
This website, sznv.eu, is operated by SZNV sp. z o.o., Aleja Jana Pawła II 43A, lok. 37B, 01-001 Warsaw, Poland (contact@sznv.eu). These terms cover the use of the website and of the SZNV applications for which a separate agreement has not yet been signed.
The website
The content of the site is information about our products. It is not an offer in the legal sense; prices, scope and delivery of a product are agreed in a written contract or subscription agreement. We try to keep the information accurate and mark the status of every product honestly, but we may change the site at any time.
Applications and pilots
Access to an application in pilot or on request is granted individually and may be withdrawn at the end of the pilot. During a pilot the application is provided as is, without a service-level guarantee; we say so before you start. Paid use is governed by the subscription agreement you sign with us.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the credentials you receive from us and for the data you upload. You keep all rights to your data; we process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice, and delete it on request (see the data deletion page).
Intellectual property
The software, the SZNV name and mark, and the content of this site belong to SZNV sp. z o.o. or its licensors. Product names such as Kivnu and Tractorpass are ours. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the applications.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit arising from the use of the site or a pilot application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law.
Law and disputes
Polish law applies. Disputes go to the court competent for our registered office, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Questions about these terms: contact@sznv.eu.
