Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you send the form on this site we receive the name, company, email, phone (if given) and the message you wrote. We use it for one purpose: to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to arrange a demo. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask for a contract, steps prior to entering into it (art. 6(1)(b)).

Your request is delivered by email to our company mailbox and stored in our own business system so that we can follow up. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation with you is open, and then up to three years in case of questions about it. If a contract follows, the data is kept as long as the law on accounting requires.

Who else sees it

Our email provider (Google Workspace) and our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) process the data on our behalf. Both are in the European Union or covered by EU standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies for tracking. If we measure visits, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or object to it, and you may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Warsaw. Write to contact@sznv.eu and we will answer within a month.
