How to have your data deleted

Write to contact@sznv.eu from the email address you used with us, with the subject "Delete my data". Say which product it concerns (the website form, Kivnu, Tractorpass, Sednio) or write "everything".

We confirm receipt within three working days and delete the data within thirty days, then confirm the deletion to you by email.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, the content you uploaded (photos, posts, drafts, documents), and the messages you sent us. If you signed in with Instagram or Facebook, we also delete the access tokens and the data received from Meta.

What we may have to keep

Invoices and contract documents for the period required by Polish accounting and tax law. They are kept only for that purpose and only for that period.

Deleting the Instagram or Facebook connection

You can also remove SZNV from your Meta account at any time: Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing the app there revokes our access; the data already received is deleted on your request as above.
